The Fire of Anatolia
Jewels Events & Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd in collaboration with the Under secretariat for Defense Industries Ministry of Defence of Turkey, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Art Culture and Heritage, proudly present The Fire of Anatolia for the first time in South East Asia, with Malaysia being their first stop, from 26th – 28th April 2006 at the Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The show is specially brought to Malaysia by the Turkish Embassy in conjunction with the “Turkish - Malaysian Friendship Week” from 23rd – 30th April 2006.
Aimed at fostering closer ties between Turkey and Malaysia while highlighting Turkey’s delectable cuisine, colorful people and an intriguing culture. Turkish Week will certainly make you fall in love with everything Turkish. A major highlight during this exciting week – long love affairs with Turkey is “Turkey-Malaysian Friendship Nite” on April 26th – 28th, when Fire of Anatolia premieres at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Fire of Anatolia was first performed in May 2001 to rave reviews.
Within three months of the debut, the group had successfully staged over 100 performances for half a million spectators. What began with just 90 talented young dancers in 2002 when the troupe initiated its first World Tour to Europe and Middle East has today become a world-class production comprising of 120 dancers.
It has broken every conceivable record in the history of the Turkish performing arts by conducting simultaneous performances around the world including USA, Hungary, Egypt, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Athens, Thessaloniki, Italy, Romania, UK, France, Turkey and this show is set to blow Malaysian audiences away.
To-date the group has performed for approximately six million viewers at 850 “live” performances in 32 countries and it is now regarded as one of the finest dance companies in the world and one production you don’t want to miss!
Our Opening Night Gala is on April 26th and also for premium ticket holders and invited guests including our DYMM Di-pertuan Agong, Deputy Prime Minister, Turkish Defence Minister together with other higher level of officials and VVIPs.

SmoovePinch'ed: We were invited to the Gala Night at KLCC. WOW! If you caught Riverdance or seen that, then this is something similar but multiply that with a factor of 3.. After entertaining millions around the world, this show with its full dance cast of over 50 people on stage performing those feet defying steps.. The audience was left cheering and gave a standing ovation. Catch this gem of a show organised by Jewel Events. Best view, sit upstairs on the balcony, you will appreciate the complex formations of their choreography. We know, as we were sitted on the same row as Dato Seri Najib who was on the edge of his seat clapping his hands along with the audience and dancers. Great great show. Thank you Jewel for the wonderful unforgetable Turkish delight.

sounds great, unfortunatly it looks like i won't be able to make it to town for that.

For your information since the showing of the event, The MD of Jewels Events and Consultancy has decided to cease operations. To those parties whom this "company" owes money to, sincerely to say the director has closed all banking accounts (Maybank) and withdrew all funds for his own keep. The company is in huge financial debt and also not able to pay its staff wages for months. Kindly take the appropiate legal action if claims are to be made.
