Ignatius Trail Produced by Gardner & Wife

A MUSICAL TALE OF WIMPY PIRATES & THE WORLD’S UGLIEST MERMAID!
Join Ignatius Trail and his fellow Pirate crew on a swashbuckling voyage to the dark and sinister depths of the Pirate Underworld! This inventive musical comedy by the UK’s en masse theatre combines cut-throat combat, gruesome gags and cacophonous carousals to create a roller coaster ride of fast-paced action, introducing you to a side of Pirate life you didn't even know existed.
THE IGNATIUS TRAIL won a coveted Fringe First Award for new writing and innovation from The Scotsman at the Edinburgh Festival 2004.
Suitable for brave, sea-faring folk aged 8+.

“Not to be missed… a tremendous musical adventure… Once again, en masse create exactly the right balance between humour and scariness in this beautifully written show… Terrific.” – The Scotsman

“Richly deserves the Fringe First award it won… script is witty enough for most adults but still has plenty of poo jokes, the staging is clever and the songs are the best since those ones from Penzance.” – The Times

“Good rollicking salty fun… this may be some of the best work for children currently available… children will love the sheer silliness of the enterprise.” - The Guardian
